Section 1

Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vv880 platform and all its services. By accessing vv880.lat or creating an account, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. These Terms shall be considered a legally binding agreement.

The following words and terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the vv880 website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and funds on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward, free spin, or credit granted by vv880.
• "Bet" refers to a financial wager placed by a user on a casino game, sportsbook, or any other game.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on the vv880 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Personal Eligibility

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must provide their real identity and accurate information.
• A person may operate only one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are prohibited.
• The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. If any information changes, the user must notify us immediately through the support team.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

vv880 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Required documents may include:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement
• Proof confirming ownership of the payment method

vv880 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals from an account until verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following must be strictly observed:

• Login passwords must never be shared with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat.

vv880 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from login credentials falling into the hands of a third party. However, if we are notified promptly, we will take immediate steps to protect the account.

vv880 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

Section 4

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the vv880 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are expected to be credited to the account immediately; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.
• Deposits from any source other than a payment method registered in the user's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be put on hold if identity verification is incomplete.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

In the case of suspicious transactions, vv880 reserves the right to investigate the account and, if necessary, place a hold on funds. If evidence of money laundering or any other fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed immediately.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vv880 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. The general terms for these are described in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• To withdraw the bonus funds, a total wagering requirement of 25x the combined deposit and bonus amount must be completed (Wagering requirement: 25x).
• The wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
• Winnings earned using the bonus are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Other Bonuses and Promotions

Specific terms apply to each weekly cashback, reload bonus, or special event offer, which will be stated in the details of that offer. General policy:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless explicitly stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• vv880 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The vv880 VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
